On 10 January 2026, the celebration of passion, intense training and effort was welcomed – Euphonia : A Heartful Harmony. Bina Bangsa School has always taken pride in the talents of its students and provides opportunities where young minds can express themselves through holistic learning as they continue to excel in their academics and this year\u2019s orchestra concert is another example of this. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
After a warm welcoming remark from Mr Fredrick Laurente, the Principal of BBS Secondary and Junior College department, the first part of the main program began. Mr Agung and Mr Fauzi started off the program by playing a beautiful violin and viola duet featuring a Disney Medley. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Then the next song featured the Battle of the Voice Winner, Ethania and the Teachers String Quartet as they performed \u201cSelalu Ada di Nadimu\u201d from the local film phenomenon \u201cJumbo\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Next, the Wind Ensemble played \u201cHappy\u201d by Pharrell Williams with their elegant and harmonious duet. This was followed by a special performance of the graduating class of JC2 presenting a Ghibli Medley, followed by \u201cIris\u201d by the Goo Goo dolls. Shortly thereafter, the JC1 string ensemble were welcomed on stage to perform a medley of Queen\u2019s greatest hits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Then, the Piano and Flute duo, Cleon and Naoki, along with the Sec 1 and 2 Orchestra performed \u201cRiver Flows in You\u201d by Yiruma. Ending the first part of the program, the orchestra along with Clement of JC1 performed a saxophone solo of \u201cWhat a Wonderful World\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
After a short transition, the orchestra was welcomed on stage to showcase their passion, effort, and countless hours of training. Together the orchestra performed the songs \u201cGolden Hour\u201d, \u201cFix You\u201d, \u201cA Thousand Miles\u201d, and \u201c Take On Me\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
To end the afternoon\u2019s concert, a special performance was prepared – a creative collaboration with the Performing Arts Club lead by Mr Aep. Together they performed the viral songs \u201cGolden\u201d and \u201cYour Idol\u201d, celebrating the fusion of music and movement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Following the performance, the contribution and hardwork of the orchestra members, their coaches, and the student crew and production staff were acknowledged during the curtain call. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The event concluded with the timeless words from Psalm 92: 1, \u201dIt is good to give thanks to the LORD, to sing praises to your name, O Most High\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
All in all, a pleasant afternoon was enjoyed by all. Needless to say, BBS Bandung is looking forward to another musical performance next school year.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
